We Make CRM Implementation Actually Work

Most businesses buy expensive CRM systems and then struggle to use them. We've spent years fixing that problem - helping Australian companies turn their customer management tools into actual business assets instead of expensive filing cabinets.

Started Because Someone Had To

Back in early 2023, I kept seeing the same pattern. Business owners would invest in sophisticated CRM platforms - Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho - and six months later, they'd still be using spreadsheets for everything important. The software sat there, barely touched, while teams complained about "too complicated" or "doesn't fit how we work."

The issue wasn't the technology. It was the gap between what these systems could do and how real businesses actually operate. Someone needed to bridge that gap without the corporate consulting fees and three-month implementation timelines.

So morentivaro started in Taylors Beach with a simple idea: configure CRM systems the way they should've been set up in the first place. Make them match how your team actually works, not force everyone to learn a new language just to log a phone call.

What We Stand For

These aren't corporate values we printed on posters. They're how we actually decide what to do when nobody's watching.

Honest Timelines

We'll tell you if something takes three weeks, not promise two and deliver four. Your planning matters more than our sales pitch. And if we think a feature you want won't actually help your business, we say so.

Real Training

Not hour-long videos your team will never watch. We sit with your people, show them the five things they'll use daily, and make sure they can do it without us before we leave. That's the whole point.

Built for Growth

Your business changes. Your CRM should keep up without requiring another consultant visit. We configure systems that scale naturally as you add products, team members, or entire departments.

What We Know Inside Out

After setting up CRM systems for dozens of Australian businesses - from three-person operations to teams of fifty - you start seeing patterns. Here's what actually matters when you're trying to organize customer relationships without losing your mind.

Pipeline Configuration

Your sales process isn't the same as everyone else's, so why would your CRM stages be? We map your actual workflow - how leads come in, who touches them, what happens next - and build stages that match reality. No generic templates that force you to adapt.

Automation That Makes Sense

Good automation saves time. Bad automation creates more work than doing things manually. We identify the repetitive tasks worth automating - follow-up emails, task assignments, data updates - and leave everything else alone. Your team should spend time on customers, not fixing workflow errors.

Data Migration Without Drama

Moving years of customer data from spreadsheets or old systems into a new CRM is where most implementations fall apart. We've developed methods that preserve your history, clean up duplicates, and organize everything properly. Your past doesn't disappear when you upgrade.

Integration With Existing Tools

You're already using accounting software, email platforms, maybe project management tools. Your CRM needs to work with them, not replace them. We connect systems so data flows naturally without manual copying between programs.

Who Does The Work

morentivaro is deliberately small. When you work with us, you're getting someone who's done this dozens of times, not a junior consultant following a script. That matters when problems come up at 2pm on a Thursday and you need actual answers.

Principal Consultant

I've been configuring CRM systems since 2019, back when everyone thought you needed a computer science degree to customize Salesforce. Turns out you just need to understand how businesses actually work and translate that into software logic.

Before focusing on CRM implementation, I spent five years in operations management for a manufacturing distributor. That's where I learned the gap between what software promises and what happens on the ground floor. These days, I work with businesses across NSW and Queensland, usually starting with a conversation about what's not working and building solutions from there.

When I'm not elbow-deep in workflow automation, I'm probably fixing something on my boat or convincing my wife that yes, we really do need another power tool.
